I've kind of locked in (heh) on a story I want to tell, that would realistically work as Shroud or Punisher (from different angles). I'm erring on the side of the Punisher simply because I'm trying to do something different than I normally do in these roleplays. 

That said if anyone has their heart set on Frank let me know.
