Welcome! I started play-by-post role play for the first time using this site. I joined a couple of months ago and find that this is a solid and active community. I'm enjoying a couple of active RPs, and see folks posting all the time. I'm not sure what's going on in other role-playing communities but it looks like you've come to a good place. 

I hope you find an engaging partner or group.
