Most are normal human size, just with extra limbs/heads/eyes/mouths and stuff
There's a few Behemoths; which are like, two-three times the size of a standard human - Think grafton Monster but with like, tiny heads and multiple eyes and twisted mouths and stuff.

Then there are a few in exo-suits that Antonio Designed so they're normal human sized but probably a bit bigger because of metal.
