I'm pretty sure he has an idea on who it was. Just a little hunch. Just a small assumption. Honestly, that whole thing probably caused a TBI, possibly, and his memory is probably fucked. xD 

I am pretty sure the Kairo Empire will participate but it will be more defensive than anything for the most part.
