[@Penny] So attributes don't count the total number of pips you have under them--the only count the number of different skills that you've put points into, period. Since you have points in three different Prowess skills, you have 3 Prowess. If you only had, say, 2 Helm and 1 Scramble, you'd only have 2 Prowess despite having three action points allocated.
