A little too much creative freedom taken on this go around. Undead Alchemist is definitely on brand for the setting and feasible, but the contents of the character sheet are strict for a reason.

Your character is being summoned with minimal to no memory from their previous life, so the focus is based on the rudimentary skills they would have innately even if they don’t know how to tie their shoes. 

Not denying it outright, but I’d ask for a revision where you follow the layout I’ve made.
