Initially, the [s]bugbear[/s] gnome sought to outdo the armor in a contest of athletics. But when he forgot that his new body wasn't as strong as his old one, Brutrumukk had to quickly switch from athletic skill to survival instinct as a flurry of blades came for him. It was a near thing, but thanks to his newly shortened stature and some simple acrobatics, Brutrumukk was able to slide between a few sets of legs and reach the safety of the other side.
