Yeah, I wasn't sure exactly what the plan was with the Royal Authorities but I figured with Mickey and Uther being exceptiona and not having a Princess of Heart the world of Tarzan could have Royal Authority as well. With Tarzan being an English noble as well as the leader of the apes/King of the Jungle in his series I figured it was perfect for him and would give an added explanation to [@mattmanganon]'s earlier question about certain characters and their weapons being able to hurt the Heartless.

There could actually be 13 Royal Authorities instead that don't necessarily tie to the Princesses of Heart.

But it'd be funny and interesting if Terk did end up being a Princess of Heart instead. So Clayton fails but also succeeds.

I was already replacing Aurora with Anastasia. We could replace Snow White as well since we don't actually go to her world or interact with anyone from there.

Edit: I almost forgot. We even have Padme/Palpatine having Royal Authority in Star Wars to make it fit more into the Kingdom Hearts story.
