I think this has been kind of varying on a case-by-case basis, but seems more to be leaning towards pre-requested pairings. Suzuka/Eikichi is the most set in stone, but I think Mikako/Ryuu is also in the works. Beyond that, I think everyone is coordinating ships at their own pace.
