Sato was certainly a surly sort, and his companion offered just as little, but they didn't seem as though they were being deceptive. It wasn't too much of a surprise considering how long Sato had been out of the game, but even still, it seemed they had a small lead from the visit regardless. He couldn't help but stifle a chuckle as Sato snapped at Al over the description of the wolf-chick. His own wolfish ear twitched as he listened to the topic, leaning over Alphard's shoulder from behind to watch as his partner began his sketching. It was kinda impressive how he could just whip up a person into the notebook just like that - any attempt by Kittyan to muster up something similar would probably be embarrassingly sub-par in comparison. In any case, it seemed the two didn't really know anything. Kittyan watched Caretaker's face as Al asked his last question. He wasn't sure himself what exactly they were looking for, but he really didn't like things that he couldn't sniff out himself. Their perp leaving no scents or other such traces irked him a bit, in truth. He often relied on his nose even more than his eye. It made him a touch uncomfortable as well that this establishment was similarly void of any regular smells he would've otherwise picked up, if not for Caretaker. She was very thorough, apparently. "Hmn." Kittyan hummed. He looked over the sketch again over Al's shoulder as he half-sat half-stood on the rungs of the barstool, hands on his knees. He supposed it wouldn't hurt to be forward with a few details of the case. Anything that could form a lead would be worth exposing potentially sensitive information, surely. His eye shifted to Sato. "You wouldn't happen to have known anybody who, er.. liquifies people, would you?" He paused. "Or who turns them into bouquets?" His gaze remained on him, his face neutrally inquisitive as he waited for a response.
