The idea is partly inspired by the [url=https://i.redd.it/mxhmpnuipeob1.png]The Holy Kingdom[/url] in the anime Overlord, and partly by some unused story ideas bouncing around in my head.

What if the character got it into her head that she was a literal goddess, and tried to build a civilization around it? Normally, countries are severely limited in some ways by the mortality of their governance, but as the premise of this RP laid out, out nations' rulers don't have to deal with that. I'm interested to write how that might pan out.

So the character I'm thinking of will be (and this is a tentative name) Isabel Garcia, a woman born in the southwest U.S. with debilitating genetic mutations that left her essentially isolated from society. Her last wish was to be beautiful, loved, and admired by all (which she was not in her first life), and so when her soul transmigrated into a perfected immortal form, she leaped at the chance to reach the other extreme: to become a goddess in the eyes of her people. Whether she succeeds at this is another matter, especially since she is unlikely to be alone, given the existence of other immortals like her.

At any rate, she'll forge for herself a theocracy with herself at the center, and I'd like to explore how that might possibly work.
