Javier listened to what Henderson said and, all the while, was glad that Henderson was just their legal advisor. Nothing bad unless they really mess up in the field. Though he had not even considered getting sued so far, but it is good to know now. 

Now, Javier listened quietly to what Victor said, not saying anything due to the venom that he said towards Gillmore. While Javier did agree with some of the stuff Victor said, Javier did not like at all the last bit that Gillmore said about Henderson. Can she just stop with this, he thought. It did seem like she did not care at all, like this seemed like a joke or was boring to her.  

Maybe training was boring to her, but he would rather her be some kind of serious and not like this. Like he needs the job and not be handicapped if her training is not good enough since she does not care. Plus, are backhand comments about her bosses are really necessary and... Javier just sighed at the scene and wondered why people put up with her if she is like this here.

For now, Javier chose to remain quiet, waiting to see how Gillmore reacts to what Victor said. Preparing for the worst since Javier doubted she would take it well.
