Yep, not everyone can become a REGEND. However, if only 1 out 100,000 are Awakening, then I might need to adjust it a bit since I want there to be more than just a dozen or so Aura users throughout the kingdom.

For the Kingdom of Luzia in particular, we're probably looking at somewhere between 3 to 5 million, since this is a medieval period. The neighboring countries of Geveil and Briterra would be somewhat larger and smaller, respectively. As for how much of the kingdom was wiped out in the war---basically all of it. They literally drove the kingdom's remnants to the coastal cities and then burned their escape ships.
