I have traditionally only paid attention to apps that have three or more paragraphs in their history for PoW. For me, it shows the poster has initiative and can put forward energy to write something of reasonable length. A single paragraph doesn't cut it for me, and if I left that out of the OP I'll have to go back in and throw in that old rule.
