Imagine a world where technology has evolved into the daily lives of anyone and everyone. Not just people with cellphones and laptops and televisions constantly stuck in front of their faces, but a world where technology has literally morphed into something that is a part of the average human.

In the year of 3262, it is possible. Not only possible, but entirely available to the public. Universally accepted as a safe alternate to curing mental illnesses, loading your brain full of information, and many other things, the world couldmt exist with this amazing scientific discovery. For hundreds of years, people have grown accustomed to it.

Via surgical implantmemt or injection, the millions and millions who flock into hospitals daily are able to get whatever they want, or most likely need. A normally quick, clean , and efficient way of cutting the corners. Whether it be to gain access to the web via your brain or to learn thirty different languages. Every current hospital comes established with its own wing for the operations, commonly known as "Nanite Placement". 8 in 10 Americans have undergone the surgery.

Created by Alexandere Breaux, originating from Paris, France before coming to the US to study in John Hopkins for 12 years. Earning his doctorate degree in several different areas of medical science and technology, he set out in the world with the bright eyed hopes of making a difference in our pitiful little world. Thus, Nanite Placement was born.

But, for further information on Mr.Breaux, you could just pick up a text book for a more in depth explanation.

Such a powerful tool for humanity. It was a step in the right direction.

What if its taken to take two steps in the wrong direction?

Let's say, a certain organization, with the time, money, and resources neccessary, decided to use it their advantage? The easy convienance for it to store incredibly invaluable information while being seemingly unimportant could be a tempting option for say, a whole government to use to store their secrets. Hypothetically speaking of course.

The mass destruction and devastation that these said secrets could cause are massive. Now, what if someone decides to step in?

A scientist, here or there, who plants the inactive nanites into someone's unsuspsecting pretty , little head to conceal the information inside of these nanites. Replacing a tracking implant here, a spanish language injection there, all the while making the nanites just seem like another piece of the technology.

Just a theory.

Of course the government that had put all their time and money into it would be angry. Would want to get back all of their efforts, no matter the cost. Let's also throw in the other side of the government, that finds the whole nanite project repulsively revolting?

That means, we would have two extremely powerful and bickering governmemt parties at each other's throats, one group of terrified and confused civilians, and what does that equal?

Why, I must say, it could only mean one thing.

Chaos.

Sorry if I've missed anything! I'll make a proof read of this tomorrow. (:

Name:
Petrov Maier

Age:
24

Gender:
Male

Experience:
Four years in extensive CIA black ops. Involved in many assassinations, sabotage, and of course, espionage. Has been retrained to retrieve information out of nanite carriers .

History:
Being born to a relatively simple family, He wasn’t given much from his family. All they could provide him was a roof over his head and food to survive. The slum life was hard on him- Which is why when a government recruiter came around, he took that chance and trained to be a government agent. And for a while, it suited him. All he had to do was follow what his superiors asked of him, even if some of the acts were considered highly illegal. It didn’t matter. They paid him, so it was justified in his opinion. But, as wars began to cool down, his work began to slow down considerably. So, in order to put his talents to good use, he was retrained and reassigned as a federal agent. He’s one of the agents responsible for “returning” what is deemed to be “lost” property of the government. So far, he’s done a good job in doing so. His life is simple- Kidnap, kill, maim, or torture those who had something of use for or against the feds. Or at least, in his mind it is. He’s never questioned orders and he’s not going to start now.

Personality:
Despite being a federal agent, he enjoys humor. He’s not insulted that easily, and generally it takes a lot to piss him off. He’s a bit… too carefree than a government agent should be, but that’s just how he is.

Strengths:
Petrov is a good shot with guns, can hack his way through just about anything, and he’s quite agile and has quite a lot of endurance.

Weaknesses:
He lacks a lot in CQC combat. As he relies on his guns more, he is at a disadvantage at extremely close range situations. Has a drug addiction which may… mess with him at times.

Skills:
Marksmanship, Hacking, Explosives.

Opinion:
Petrov’s opinion is a neutral stance. He has no certain grudge against nanites, but he doesn’t want something that isn’t natural in his head.
