The Dominion only forbade Talos worshipping because they [i]knew[/i] it would cause problems among the Nords, who make up the huge majority of the Empire's military. It was a cunning strategy to determine a sure victory in the next (inevitable) war. I doubt the Altmer care at all about what humans worship, since I'll admit, they believe themselves to be above all humans. But that's just the Altmer...Well, and the Falmer, but I hate the evolved Falmer too. The ancient Snow Elves were awesome. And Yagrum Bagarn, although grossly obese from Corpus, is awesome too.
