Peter possesses several spider-like traits in his physiology such as his ability to cling to any surface using his limbs, this allows him to climb walls and move along other vertical surfaces. Peter has a sixth sense that takes the form of a tingling within his skull, this allows him to determine when he is in danger and where it is coming from, this allows him to use his super-human reflexes to dodge incoming attacks from assailants.
Peter has the relative strength of a spider allowing him to lift cars with ease, this strength also allows him to jump extreme heights. Peter is a child prodigy when it comes to bio-chemistry and through working off his fathers work he has constructed 'web shooters' that propel an adhesive similar to that of a spider's silk, this allows him to swing on this web and use it in the form of projectiles along side several other practical uses.
Brief bio: For as long as Peter can remember he'd lived with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Peter was generally ordinary his grades were slightly above average in all subjects bar biology which had an affinity for. Peter was often bullied by his fellow students for being a 'nerd' or being 'weak' while all of these statements were true; Peter was due for big changes in his life.
While on a field trip to Oscorp Peter wandered astray from his group to find himself in a strange room filled with silk fibers. A single spider descended on it's web and bit the adolescent. The next morning Peter woke up on the roof of the empire estate building after the strangest dream, he quickly realized what had happened. Originally abusing his powers Peter avoided fighting crime until this negligence lead to the death of his uncle. Now motivated by the loss of his only father figure and desperate to help all those in need he protects New York as Spider-Man.
