Well, I'm not too certain about using in-game people for adoptive parents, especially since Ulfberth never really became a stormcloak. It isn't too big of a deal, and the character himself is fine. He his skills are good, and he seems like the type that would join in the crew. Would you be against using adoptive parents of your own creation? We are assuming the world in general is a lot larger and more populated than in game. Since you now edited to put him in Leyawiin, I would say I would accept the character.
