I like how this ended up, where if we split the group in half everyone has a rough counterpart. 

Lumineer vs Erebus (Light vs Dark)
Red Star vs Void (Two alien juggernauts) 
Erin vs Edge (Close combatants with a twist)
Surgeon vs Unnamed Plant Person (Tech vs Nature)
And Venator vs #27 (Bio ninja vs Bio Punisher) 

Guess Rin's eventual character will have to be the counter to the Big Bad then.
