Like, how well off you are? Just be reasonable. If your character should have a certain level of wealth, then let them have it, just don't go stupidly above and beyond.

If you mean how good you are at doing things, yeah I kinda am the arbiter of that based on your stats. Which is also why you may have some trouble finding your item at the store, you're still basically mortal at noticing things, and this is a bit out of your reach right now, for instance.
