He could feel she was uncomfortable so he let her go,
"I'm sorry" he said turning away from her and shifting off the bed.
"you should get some sleep." he said feeling ashamed he limped to the bed side drawer and pulled out another leg brace and some steel pins, he slipped the pins into the holes in his leg and knee and the brace over them and with the butterfly screws he started to tighten them into his bones.
"I'm going to take a shower" he mumbled walking towards the bathroom to the left of the bed and taking something from the drawer to the left of the door.
