Your raider doesn't necessarily have to be 'evil', but he'd generally have to be okay with what the raiders get up to if he's been with them for a while. They've been up to stuff like stealing supplies from others and killing or hurting others to get what they want. They've also been keeping a 'stock' of women.

The raider hideout is in the underground network of catacombs under New Orleans. The raiders are about about thirty or so men and one woman. There are some some women inside the hideout being used as breeding stock and children being raised to follow the same twisted ideals as the leader Tyler.

There is a locked iron gate and then a network of tunnels leading to the main area of their hideout. It is separated into several areas - living areas, storage areas, armory (always guarded by two people), areas where the women and children are housed, and an arena with cages that house walkers and captives to be put in the arena to fight while raiders place bets. The tunnels vary in size. some are very wide, some are like hallways. depends on where you want to go. bigger areas (like the pit / arena) mean bigger access tunnels, whereas smaller areas (living quarters) mean smaller access tunnels.
