Born with Lightning: Hiro can generate electricity from his sword (and in a lesser extent his hands) With enough control, he make powerful lighting with a strike of his sword. He can make quick flashes to blind a enemy for a short while. Or stun an enemy.

It'll burn your fingers: With enough concentration, Hiro can focus his electricity to generate mass amounts of heat, however doing this tires him out quicker.

Weakness: 
The natural enemy:One of Hiro's weaknesses is, Rubber. Because course rubber is immune to electricity, It just kinda....fizzles out. Doesn't me he can't hurt you with a sword of course.

Everyone's BLIND!: If it is night or at least quite dark. Hiro could potentialy blind himself for a bit by using his more brighter lightning too soon.

Background: Hiro comes from a tiny settlement. As a kid he imagined being a great hero. Or sometimes being a great villain. He decided since he was young that he would make his mark on the world.He doesn't want to be forgotten.

Fun Fact: Hiro loves to dance when no one is looking, and also thinks that he is at least somewhat funny
