Of course there was to be no response. Jassesi's dark lashes slid close over golden eyes pressed downward by dark blue furrowed brow. The familiar smile painted across her visage was lost; in its stead drooped a fully drawn pout. The sea-siren had no need for gifts nor had she any desire for company; especially from a blue-headed faerie with nothing interesting to offer other than drunken babbles and misplaced adorations. The little fae brushed at her white long-sleeved top, as if she could smooth out her failure here. Several shakes of her blue mopped head was all she could offer now before drifting to the exit and back to where she belonged. What was she doing here in the first place? JaSi exhaled noisily and at length before golden eyes opened again and wings began to buzz into life-- Water splashed. The Fae gasped, and sullen features vanished. JaSi knew exactly what she was doing here in the first place; she wished to have a simple glimpse of the beautiful sinewy form of the water dweller. Alone would she be together with the exotic and enigmatic sea-siren with no other here to distract nor demean her, snide and snarky remarks reminding her of just how stupid the little fae was. With her own full headed thoughts, albeit one filled with drunken fancies, she supposed that since Imalia, ("'Mali" as JaSi called her) did not speak, the sea-Siren did not judge. Actually, she sought out 'Mali because she was one of but only a handful that did not voice just how air-headed the little chubby and cherub faced fairie was. Oh but with nary a single devil-dark. harmonic syllable did the sea-Siren let Jassesi know just how stupid she was for entering the darkest abode in the darkest corner of the Carnival. Before she could even turn around, she was dripping talons seized her and for coming here and not only did Imalia let her know just how stupid she was but just how wrong it was to come here alone in the dark and assume that Imalia welcomed her presence with open arms. Oh but how wrong was she; dead wrong. Water, darkened and warm, dribbled down her fluffy white top and between small breast as the hand of the sea-siren clutched at her throat. What was it that made JaSi freeze in place just then? What was it that made her heart beat faster than her very multi-coloured wings? What was it then that made her tremble in the clutches of the wickedly beautiful Imalia? What was it she sought in the darkest abode in the darkest corner of the De'Seil Carnival? Yes, fear petrified her, but it was something more... Oh, but when that warm moist breath, escaped those tempting lips and wafted into her slightly pointed ear, JaSi sighed and felt a welcome heat rise from her place of desire. Knees pressed together behind plaid skirt as she felt 'Mali's chin rest upon her shoulder, wetting her that much more. Bare breasts, so round and alluring, (alluring ones that she had always failed to not stare directly at beyond the glass walls, time and again) pressed into her gossamer wings and pinned them to her back, sending a shiver down her spine. Oh, but the little blue-headed faerie sighed a warm breath of her own as she tilted her head and rested her temple against the dripping dark burgundy hair plastered at the cheek of Imalia. Where the sea-Siren's hand traced against her belly, water trickled and tickled. Where the sea-Siren's hand traced from one pink thigh across to the next, whispering across the fabric of her plaid skirt, more than just water trickled and tickled. JaSi gave a sharp inhale and a ragged exhale when the sea-Siren's touch finally slid away from her lap. The light-manipulating fae was drunk, but constricting breath, the very threat of it being her last, asphyxiated by such a dark sensual touch, drove her senses beyond mere intoxication. White teeth bit a lower lip as she slowly rubbed a round rosy cheek against 'Mali's and dark lashes fluttered closed. She had tried to give CeCi a 'look' earlier when they were alone, but CeCi had rebuked the advance. Was that why was Jassesi found her way here in the first place? Did she find what she was looking for? Is that why she failed to make even the slightest attempt to escape? A chubby hand traced the fine muscles along the length of the sea-Siren's forearm from elbow to wrist, fingertips tingling before finally resting still upon the clawed hand that clutched at her own faerie throat. Golden eyes fluttered open and she gasped when she saw both their faces reflected right back at them in the low light. Was this the vision she saw in her mind's eye as a result of offering gifts to Imalia? "Such a smile, 'Mali... how I could smile back at that smile for forever and a day... aye and again aye, 'Mali..." Shining eyes popped open wide as a sobering thought pierced the intoxicating haze of lust that had seized her and held in frozen in place with a smothering force greater than her fear of Imalia. JaSi's smile faltered and dark blue eyebrows slanted away as golden eyes dulled and retreated from the heavenly sight in the mirror; 'Mali's gorgeous face pressed cheek-to-cheek with her own heart-shaped one. . What am I doing here with such a thing such as this? Fair Celleci knows that I'm not worthy to feel mine own body against such a body as that of an lovely angel; and neither am I worthy to press mine own body against 'Malis. She does not truly desire me. Nay, she only desires that I be enthralled by an illusion; she desires that I believe the lie... ... that a fat faerie ever had a fighting chance to be desired by such beauties... Once again JaSi found herself very frightened of the sea-Siren. And that hypnotic smile of hers in this very moment made Jasi realized just how very alone she was-- Sounds from the entrance of Imalia's lair. A quick darting glance upward and she met eyes with Eikki. "Imalia!!! Release poor JeSi, now, please! What is going on here, mermaid?" Oh but how Jassesi wanted to call out to Eikki! But only now did she feel the talons of the sea-Siren upon soft parts of her fleshy faerie throat. She dared not call out lest her cries stir those talons into violent action. All JaSi could do was stare at Eikki with bulging golden eyes. JaSi licked her lips and tasted the salt of Imalia's water and wondered if this is what Imalia's kiss tasted like. Then she found the courage to allow her eyes to drift back towards the female at her side and to allow her eyes with a sideways glance to take in the expression of the sea-Siren. Jassesi was suddenly certain that a kiss from Imalia would be the faerie's final kiss. And that that kiss would not taste of merely salt water, but of blood. JaSi's own blood, Such a smile, 'Mali...
