Satori Satori turned her head only so slightly to Ssarak as he asked her if he could take Alaira away to the Infirmary. She was tempted to delve into his mind o see if he had any ulterior motives... But somehow, she didn't need to. Turned her head back, she simply began to walk away. "I'm still going to start my class. Do hurry." And with that Satori left to her classroom. She did, after some time, see him again, but she did not say anything to him as she continued with her lecture about the fundamentals of Psychomancy, such as how it manipulates the Archanite of the mind. Her lesson went on for the first few hours, most of it involve just her explaining the basics of Psychomancy. She also handed out sheets of tinfoil to everyone, explaining their purpose in blocking out and preventing themselves from accidentally casting wayward telepathy spells. Near the end of class she gave everyone and assignment to work on for the next class; tempering their ability to use their telepathy willingly. She suggested that the students only use their magic on their fellow psychomancers only. She also mentioned that she will be holding extra classes at a later date if anyone is willing for extra lessons, as well as mentioning her Investigation Crew, where they would pool their abilities together to investigate various mystery cases around the world. After she dismissed everyone, Satori stayed behind, filling out some papers regarding students and events during the day. Lucilia Riovas Lucilia was just returning from her own class. It had been mostly uneventful, as she also simply went over the basics of Herbamancy and it's applications. Many of her students wanted to immediately know possible combat applications, but she made it clear to them that such lessons will only be taught to students who are diligent in their studies. And by diligent, she meant those who have gotten on her good side, though she didn't say it as such. Like Satori, near the end of her class she mentioned other activities that she would be working with, mostly with her forestry but also Lidda's alchemy class, which Lucilia is sometimes a part of. She left first before the students, heading back to her office to finish off today's paperwork. She was actually nearing in completion and was thinking of heading to Underhaven for a drink when she passed by Althalus and Mar. But something was wrong. Mar looked ill, and with just a glance, she was able to pinpoint the cause. A nasty cut on her arm was infected, and just by taking a small sample she knew that it was a type of disease commonly found on the wildlife south of the college. It wasn't much of a problems for locals since they've largely grown immune to it growing up in the area, but she knew that Mar did not come from the area, and thus her body was not ready for all the germs and sicknesses around the Twilight College area. She likely retrieved the wound when she went out hunting with Tyrael, as the guard report told her. "I'm surprised that old orc missed this. Take her to my office." After helping carry Mar to her office and clearing out some space, Lucilia went strait into operating on Mar. She had Althalus stay outside her office and wait. Lucilia sedated Mar, knowing very well about her temper (That incident earlier that day also got back to her). Luckily the infection wasn't anything too serious, nothing that Lucilia couldn't handle. She drained the wound of the puss and purged the body of the poison, and also took the time to increase Mar's immunity by giving her vaccine shots. She would still feel ill for the next few days, but once she recovers she wouldn't be so easily sicken. Lucilia also took the time to check up on other things about Mar, making sure that her infection did not cause any complications with her organs. That's when she made a... Startling discovery. One so shocking Lucilia wasn't sure who to tell first. Mar was still sedated and couldn't hear her even if Lucilia shouted into her ear. Lucilia also wasn't feeling so trusting towards Althalus, thinking that he might be responsible. She almost thought to get Tyrael and tell him, but she had no idea how he'd react to such news. So she decided that the best person to call for this would be Khan. She went to Althalus and told him to get Khan, deflecting any questions he had about Mar or why Lucilia needed to talk to the headmaster. When he went to find him, Lucilia went to her chair, looking at her results. She couldn't believe what was happening, and she felt like she needed to take more tests, but it was all so risky. So many questions needed to be answered, but there was one thing she was certain of. Mar was pregnant.
