Kiga, we're supposed to be doing the boss battle aboard the monorail but most of our party is back at the dorm. Yoro and Youhei are going all 300 in the train car, the rest of us (that's me, Ikeda, and the newbies) are all back at the dorm. Itsuki is new and he's kinda wondering around alone in the streets, and this other new guy YUUhei (not to be confused with YOUhei) is also at the dorms and has more or less joined forces with us.

No this is worse than his usual self-inflicted mental shutdown. Its a full catatonic shutdown. Imagine your computer simply can't handle all the processing and gets bogged down, it kinda freezes up for a bit. That's what normally happens when he freaks out due to social anxiety and can't do anything. This is the equivalent of a fatal error. Reboot or possibly reinstall required.
It looks like he's just slumped on the ground feeling sorry for himself and looking generally pathetic...vacant stare and all.
