Personality: Samuel is a very wealthy individual, who enjoys the luxury of the finer things. He has no pity for the poor, believing them to be responsible for their own fates. He loathes those who bask in self pity, and can seem a tad insane when observed by an outsider. Samuel enjoys dressing in his finest wear and strolling through the poorer districts of Sovereign, simply to remind himself of his promise to his dieing mother. [i] Never shall I return to this place, I shall live a life of grandeur, and make you proud [/i] Samuel is an information broker by trade and loves gossip for this very reason. He is often seen at the center of most worldly events, and is the life of any upper class party. His signature top hat and love for tea is what are most remembered from those who meet him in passing. He is a very luxurious man, who acts only for himself, and takes great joy in games of wit.

History: Samuel grew up in a poor home, in one of the poorest districts of Sovereign. His mother fell ill when he was 17 and died. He was forced to take care of his younger sister Emily for the majority of his childhood. Samuel was forced to take up thievery to get by, he was recruited into one of the more infamous underground organizations, and did jobs for them. He seemed to be a natural at remembering a story word for word. He had the ability to memorize entire documents after only one read through, and his superiors were thrilled. He became a sort of courier for the organization, and they payed him well. 

Him and his sister lived a much better life than they had before, and Sam was greeted each day with a cup of his favorite tea. He was happy. This happiness was short lived however, when one night a rival gang broke into his house and ransacked the place. Sam had been out on a routine patrol, but Emily had been home. When word reached him he rushed home. What he found their haunts him to this day. His sisters cold corpse hung from the ceiling, her eyes had been stapled open, and she had been violated. The scene was horrid, Samuel vomitted and fled from his home.

The next years are a daze in Samuel mind. He went on a rampage, hunting down and personally torturing to death each person responsible for the event. After five years of this he finally caught the last culprit. It is said his screams can still be heard from the sewers beneath Sovereigns streets.

Samuel life as an informant blew up after that. Unwittingly he had become the enemy of the majority of the cities underground syndicate, and had become a wanted man with a large bounty. Samuel changed his Identity, his last name become Baxter, and his blond hair became a light brown. His eyes were changed to an unnerving golden hue, and he transformed overnight into a foreign business man from off continent. Samuel keep up this fake face and carrier whilst running his information empire on the side. H is very wealthy and very powerful, however he does not believe in unnecessary violence, and often looks for peaceful solutions to his problems.

Special traits/Weapons:
He has an extraordinary memory, able to remember the fine details of almost every encounter he has every had.
He has a light case of Schizophrenia. He has a medication, but when he does not take it is sometimes sees the figure of his deceased sister in the edge of his vision. The figure disappears when he tries to look directly at it however.
He is an insomniac, often having disturbing nightmares about either his murders or his sisters corpse chasing him through his mansion.

Kage Description: Miralda is an extremely beautiful woman in her true form, she often appears as a close relative and uses this appearance to get her prey to open up to her. Kage Primary power: Strings of fate: Miralda can see the attachments between a body and its soul. She can directly sever these strings and end her preys life instantaneously.
Sam gains control of his own strings of fate because of this. Not only that but he can use a portion of the strings Miralda has collected to directly control objects around him. The more strings he uses the more he can control and the more power is sapped from his own soul. Sam can hold things down with these invisible strings and cause them too move around. Much like a puppeteer. In order to attach a string to someone or something he must directly touch the point he wants the string to attach too. for instance, if he was to touch a girls shoulder, he would be able to attach a string to it. however if he were to touch her shirt the string would instead cling to the fabric.

Kage secondary power: Miralda has control over lightning, completely and totally. She can even call in grand storms upon arrival, and can conjure thunder clouds indoors or outdoors. 

Sam can send a jolt of electricity through all strings he currently controls. Anything a string is attached to will feel this jolt. He directly controls the power of the electrical charge released. (He can short circuit lights and other sources of power with this ability.) [/hider]
