Yawning, Elijah turned and pressed his forehead against Josephine's as she rested against his shoulder. He had a feeling that there was something going unsaid, but if she really wanted to know, he was pretty sure she would come out with it. The ship was a rumor mill, and even though ninety percent of it was fabricated, that sneaky ten percent was true. She heard a lot more than he did, as he was the Captain's son.
