Mei calmed herself when Aruna told her she was alright. After what happened yesterday, with her memory slightly jogged, she was amazed there weren't riots. It was horrific what happened! But she didn't want to bring it up. She was sure it was hard on everyone. They would get over it on their own time. "I, uh, came in for the same reason. I guess. I haven't been feeling well since yesterday and I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything serious... But by gods, it's... I don't think it's that much of an issue anymore really. I'm glad you're alright though. How long do you think it'll take before you're be able to get back up and around?' Mei took a seat near Aruna. She felt responsible for this somehow. Mei was so worried about herself she didn't even bother to make sure Aruna made it back. Sure they had a bit of a rough start, but she seemed nice. instead Mei was more interested in nursing her own aches and pain, while it looked like Aruna was attacked! In a sorry attempt to try to make up for things she had no control over, Mei offered to help her. "Is there anything I can do to help? I mean, you seem really bored, so maybe I could find something for you to do?"
