OH! And a note on the Missions....

From how they've been done in the past in other RPs... Some people could be assigned, or some move more freely, picking and choosing what ones they went on... However, often enough, its seemed like people often did not know who would be on the missions with them unless they were in contact and discussed which to take with each other... *shrugs*
