Ok Sord's Capital: Mecanizada

Location: Inside of where Argentina would be and on the east most point that is next to the ocean. (It is about half way up Argentina if you were to start from the bottom and make your way north.) Sorry if that seems confusing. I tried to make it as simple as I could.

EDIT: I changed my mind and I want to post. But the thing is, I don't know what to post... 
My character seems to be be separated from everyone else. :(
