Abilities/Skills: Piper is talented at parkour, gymnastics, and with long and close range weapons of most sorts. If she doesn't know how to use them, she'll learn. She expresses traits of someone who's worked with Batman, though she's never had a run in with the dark knight, nor any other superhero, since she tends to stay under the radar. She's good at disguising herself and fashioning things like explosives on quick notice, as well as hacking into various technologies, though she's more of a learn-as-you-go person. She also has a knack for disappearing when others are distracted.
Powers: She has no powers, as she is human, though has quite a bit of muscle and a lot of physical strength and agility, and is a bit more durable than normal.
Weaknesses: She's human. She's prone to sickness, injury, poison, etc. She also tends to be too sensitive to kill anyone, or just leave them to die, which can get her into trouble.
Equipment: When she can, she steals weapons and other small supplies from the places she sneaks into. She carries around small sorts of bombs on her person, as well as a pistol and bo-staff, though that's about it.
Personality: Piper is often self motivated, by things that benefit her and her alone. If someone offers her a job and she's rewarded from it, she wouldn't mind taking it. It's all just to survive for Piper, normally, no matter the cost, unless it comes to taking someone else's life. Piper isn't easily able to kill. She can injure, though not fatally, and doesn't not like disputes at all. She tends to avoid them, instead, she focuses on getting what she needs and then escaping before anyone gets injured or harmed. Piper is not very motivated for classwork or other things of the sort, though she seems to be very smart and able to teach herself things if they interest her, since she's taught herself to make bombs and some about the make up of computers. She'll just say it's all to survive, though. She doesn't want to be doing it, but she's all alone, so she has no choice but to steal and take on jobs to make money. She's also quick to learn based on her situation, thinking of the best possible way out of the scenario. If a job proves somewhat impossible, she tends to try to leave and quit the job altogether, looking for a new one.
History: Piper had an ordinary, early childhood. Her father was a scientist, her mother a teacher. She lived happily alongside her older brother, the two would admire the caped heroes from the news channel, would play and enjoy time together. As a younger child, she was put into gymnastics, ballet, and other sports. She attended school, where she had a wide range of friends, and a very loving family. But when she was about age fourteen, her family was driving home in a storm while villains were causing chaos downtown. Their car had been thrown and her parents died instantly, her brother left with brain injuries, and she was left with a few broken bones. They had no other family than her mother and father, and after her brother had injured his brain, he'd been left with a mental disability, so she was alone in life with nowhere to go. They insisted she'd go to an orphanage, but she disagreed, and had run away. It was that day she'd seen Joker and Harley Quinn on a TV in a coffee shop, and it had given her the idea that she needed to find a way to support herself. So she'd gone to the library, read every book she could and had stolen things to make a costume. Over the next two years, she began taking jobs for untrustworthy people, gathering money to use to rent an apartment under an alias, where she kept various items she'd stolen over the years, littered with them, money, and books. She took on the identity "Harlequin", hoping maybe they'd mistake one for the other and not go after her, that was until Harley had been put back into prison. Though she still goes by the same identity, with a similar costume, though a slightly different skill set, and not nearly as durable or immune. Though she'd like to be, and has put research into becoming that way.

She's about 5'6, with brown hair and hazel-gold colored eyes. She's about 125 pounds, almost all of which is muscle, as she's very fit. She always wears pigtails, and her costume is modeled off of Harley Quinn's, though with a few minor differences, such as a mask.
Other: Lives in her apartment in the bad part of Gotham city.
