So deleting its data and destroying its servers are all things that other Champions can't do, yes? Since they pertain to RL?

Is there ANYTHING that's lost when a champ is killed? Or is it literally just...lolkressurect with nothing lost?

In regards to NPCs, would something that's created by a Champ be considered an NPC or part of the Champ? I can imagine that, if a Champion creates something, it would be connected to itself, and thus, be recorded in the server data of the champ.
