@Torris Sorry for the short review, but I have not a big amount of time for a big one. My excuses. 1.) Good chakra control is the limit of starting genins. Starting genins/characters of that rank are just people who got out of the Academy. Excellent chakra control is above good, thus something a starting genin can't have. At the start. (can be trained over the course of the story.) 2.) Same for the durabiltity and stamina. A genin, no matter the age or history (thus we are looking at the game balance) can have a too high stats from the start. Like the way you describe it and see not really a need to change it, but keep in mind to not go overboard. Its just a starting genin, 3.) Mind to fill in the traits? 4.) There is some need of change in the KG. It allows to be summed up : A.) Absorbing heat. -- That is a no because of the other traits so far. Besides, there should be a limiter on what he can absorb and how much. To balance it out. B.) Melting touch Though heat can indeed melt things, it depends on the material and I would rather see a limiter on it. Wouldn't want to see somebody to melt through stone/steel with ease or without any huge risks. After all, it takes a ton of just heat to melt through such hard materials. C.) Immune to fire techniques That is a no from me. Think that is a bit overboard with the other traits/advantages of the KG. D.) Stronger and faster Its based around heat and allows one to become physically stronger as faster? In my opinion that doesn't really add anything to the heat theme. Rather train that, as I am against it. In overall, its a nice KG, but it is in need of some balancing. If you need any help with it, please contact me and we will work it out together. If you would want that. :) Other than that, the personality, history and jutsu section are more than fine. You should probably give him the Konohagakure Earphone communicator as well.
