Two thumbs up from me for the fighting style - I would really love it to clash with the Gentle Fist one day. Everything looks solid to me.
However, before accepting, I noticed you left your Special Traits column empty - was that on purpose or mistake? I really recommend to fill that area in and after that, if the traits are in line, I will be glad to accept your character. Other than that, things that Gerontis said.
