I don't think all the male Night Elves are druids who prefer to live away from society, as that would pretty much have lead to the collapse of a Night Elf society :P but a large chunk of them, yeah.

It might be best to change your character's parents too. Just come up with some fictional ones. In fact, you don't even need to go into detail about them if you really want to.

And while Elune is as highly revered, and perhaps even more so than Cenarius, a Male Night Elven priest would still not really be practical as he wouldn't have had access to the higher echelons of training within the sisterhood due to rigid traditions, and never been accepted by the rest of society either.

Though I also have a question for you;
Why a Night Elf male exactly? Have you never tried any different characters before?
