Personality: Enthusiastic, idealistic, and creative. Ariel is able to do almost anything that interests her and lives in accordance to her inner values. Excited by new ideas, but bored with details. She is open-minded and flexible, with a broad range of interests and abilities.
Backstory: Ariel grew up in a family that was strict on being what society considered "normal". Her parents never allowed her to express herself in the way she wanted to which led to her depression. Her depression wasn't caused by the fact that she couldn't wear the clothes she wanted, but because her parents were forcing her to be someone she wasn't. They wanted her to be the perfect child that did what ever she was told with no objections. They rejected any type of ideas that society deemed "weird" or "unacceptable". Her parents also forced her into combat training at the age of 9 in case any marionettes attacked the city. They were weird about that even though she thought the marionettes were just an old folk lore made up to scare the citizens. When she turned 18 she moved out, dyed her hair, changed her wardrobe and finally became the person who she truly was. Of course people looked at her funny and thought she was weird because she found beauty in the darker, more odd things in life, but she was finally happy she could be her true self.
Skills: Due to her parents training, she is very good with hand to hand combat. She is also very good at judging a persons personality.
