The spam posting is because people are being idiots and not realizing what's going on. When you try to post and get a white screen, don't refresh or whatever, just leave it alone. It went through, the site is just lagging like a piece of shit and it'll show up in a little while. Refreshing or trying to post again just causes multiple posts when they finally go through.
