Stands at 6'10 with a slender frame. Plating is similar to the human skeletal structure with a black housing within the structure where systems operate. Usually clad in a black trench coat with white belts of Kevlar from the waist to the collar, a tan shirt with the 'super villain' emblem on the chest, white jeans ticked into black steel-toed boots with lightly raised heels with a single black kneepad on the left knee. Arguably a longing to be human again, or at least cling to his humanity, 'Skull Man' wears clothes of the like. He changes it up depending on the occasion. "We will build and we will be heroes..." 'And I was built, and so I am...and so, I am a Hero...Against my will.'
Real Name: Jericho K. Sinclair Alias: Skull Man Age: 27 Gender: Male Human, Robot, Cyborg?: Cyborg
- Artificially heightened stamina from bionic replacements. Internal CO2 reburners processing CO2 'inhaled' to feed the core. In such respect, he never needs to sleep, although takes pleasure in dreams, being one of the few human activities he is naturally capable of. - Fine finger dexterity, most came naturally from muscle memory and the rest from the newly obtained machine-precision. As an artist and a trickster in life, twirling knives or rolling coins between his knuckles was as easy as breathing from years of practice. Just another bit of himself he's glad he had retained, although resentful for the mechanical assistance, finding the result artificial and soulless. He aspired to perfection, knowing it was unachievable, though savoring the chase. But, having it being given to him so simply and with such ease... -Skull Man design is built with dense plating which makes the general frame highly resistant to impact damage at the cost of speed and weight. Because of this, Skull Man weighs some 354 kilograms. Movement speed is to a far lesser degree than most other robots and cyborgs, though still roughly around upper human average...assuming the surface he is moving across can sustain the stress. - Increased strength from bionic replacements. To accommodate the weight of his dense plating, Skull Man's physical strength is appropriately tuned. The human will is a thing of beauty. The body can be limited or broken, but the heart continues to beat until its very last. Until that time comes, the strength of such devotion to life will give strength to even the weak as to claw their way through such efforts to snuff out its rhythm. (a robot knows its limit, a human insists it has none) - The Skull barrier takes the form of a dull black haze with rippling distortions across its surface in the shape of skulls. The barrier can soak most small arms fire, but wears down with sustained fire or from massive damage. Compared to Skull Man's plating, its nothing special. The main power of it is to supplement his strength through melee; the charged photon field repulsing and scalding on touch. Energy is released upon each impact with equal force against the barrier, including Skull Man's very weight. This in mind, the barrier is very temporary and can take an upwards of 30 seconds to a minute to recharge in between 5 to 10 second bursts, respectively.
Weapon: -Bare hands supplemented by the Skull Barrier (when active). In a rough world, one learns to fight for every scrap of life, Jericho was a skilled street-fighter out of necessity. Its not uncommon for him to use improvised weapons. -Spines along the back of his head can be pulled out and used as improvised knives in a pinch, although the effectiveness is negligible, considering Skull man's strength. The spines are better suited for ranged-harass. Carbon reconstructors in his head can 'regrow' lost spines over the course of a day, though is slowed from the stress of multiples spines being generated at once. Personality: Despite his appearance, Jericho is quite civil, gentlemanly, and reserved even under stress to the point of being unsettling at times. However, under the surface is a consuming rage and crippling depression which share bunks of reasons, although such emotions aren't appropriate in most circumstance. Most of himself isn't quite used to the robotic body, having once been a charismatic 'artist' of sorts. The artificial eyes he now possesses cannot accurately read color, displaying the world in a stark black with white outlines and variously colored outlines on objects of interest. He is accepting of his state, although jealous of 'full' humans, considering himself less than that...but tools are made to be used, and he owes a great debt to Doctor Light who, at his deepest roots, he shares views with. He dreads the day that he may potentially be 'put away' after his purpose had been fulfilled. He distracts himself from the depression of such thoughts with his more short-term goal: Kill Bombman. Short Bio: Jericho lived as comfortably as one could in the time leading up to his death, homeless, with his fiance who had shared in the same fate after their apartment having been nearly leveled from a fight which sparked between Wily 'peacekeepers' and a ragtag resistance attempt. Pawning their art to make a living as sidewalk musicians and graffiti artists, the two sought to spread the message of hope through graffiti...until they were caught. In their attempts to escape peacekeepers, the duo were stopped...to death...by Bombman. There was barely enough of the two to create one cyborg; Jericho's brain, haunted by his helplessness to save his love, Joanna, whose reconstructed heart now pumps coolants through Skull Man's frame. Though he was grateful to Dr. Arthur Light for giving him a second chance, his emotions that ensued would bring about Skull Man's disappearance for the next month and a half. Robbed of everything, even his concept of the afterlife, Jericho went back to all he knew, the streets and the arts. Failure after failure, his love for all he had known melted; his art perfect...disgustingly and soullessly so, and his loneliness nailing him into the coffin he now lived in with every encounter with humans. He was a monster...or at least looked the part and, in this world run with the oppressive robotic thumb of Wily, the imagination only needed the slightest hint of his nature to condemn him on the spot. ...And so he returned, if only to seek redemption. The carbon reburners in his respiratory system creates a thick hydrogen mist as a waste product, exhaled occasionally in dull wisps of steam. WIP
