It's a meta commentary on our inner subconcious workings of our id as filtered by jungian analysis on anime archetypes of the shonen genre.

Also void is from Legend of the five rings as each trait in the system is assigned to an element and void is the one that lets you do cool stuff or something, but I never read it fully because it is garbage and completely inferior to the vastly superior 7th Sea rpg

Also the game references The Book of Five rings which is this bloviation on fighting and shit with each section named after an element.

The Void is the path she walks in her everyday life, it's how she sees the world not some magic spell
Conjured elemental effects can and do affect her but charms an similar spells wouldn't, it's all about controlling her mind spirit an body. It's how she can use her next skill Resolve which allows her to fight even injured.

Okay as Sunōrirī is so scary even though she can't control Fire, Ice, Snow or other Elements I'm removing her from play

There are no Traits associated with the Void Ring. Instead, a character gains a number of Void Points equal to his Void Ring, and may use them to enhance die-rolls and other actions
made during the course of the game. Void Points represent a moment of enlightened insight or an epiphany that a character experiences, that moment when, for just an instant, he is at one with the universe. A character’s pool of Void Points is refreshed each day after an opportunity to rest, although certain meditation techniques allow them to be recovered more quickly.

A player may declare he is spending a Void Point any time when it would be applicable, but the most common instances are before the player’s character makes a roll, takes certain
types of Actions, or takes damage. The expenditure of a Void Point enhances a roll or the character’s abilities in one of a number of different ways. A character may normally only
spend one Void Point per Round for one of the following effects, although some abilities may allow them to spend more than one under certain circumstances.

By spending a Void Point, a character may:

Anyway techniques in that game are like this unholy combination of school knacks of 7th sea with a point cost activation much like magic needing drama dice in said game.

But that's not the point, The real point is some people are put off by the character's constant self-hyping in the IC section which is obnoxious and well off putting and violates the whole show not tell rule. Also the initial weakness was like a non-issue in the way it was written. New flaws are better but some are odd non-issues like the virginity since unless said character is supremely sexually repressed/ frustrated/wants the cock secretly and gets distracted by such thoughts it's more of an odd piece of trivia.

Pointless I have scrapped her and promise a non offensive character
The worst she can do is hip throw you or refuse to heal you

Name. Takenaka Chiasa
Age; 25
Class : Samurai Caste but now Heimin due to the death of her family and her chosen profession
Power : Judo
Weakness. She is deathly afraid of rats mice and big insects going into a blind panic or becoming paralyzed when encountering any of the above
Background: was raised in the household of a low ranked Samurai. She learned Ikebana (living flowers or flower arrangement), Temae (Tea Ceremony), Calligraphy, Dancing, sewing, cooking and other necessities of being a wife as well as Judo and Staff fighting.
Her's was a life that though not one of wealth and privilege was a happy life, that is till her 13th birthday. It was on that day of New year that Chiasa Lost everything, her family, her home, her position and all the small things she'd grown to enjoy.
The town in which she lived was struck in several places at once by a lighting storm with no rain. This caused several fires to start that eventually engulfed the town in an inferno. For three days the fire ravaged the town killing thousands when it started numerous wild fires in the surrounding dry forest. When it was over those places that were used to protect the children of the town became the hunting grounds of the unscrupulous who enslaved as many as they could capture but Chiasa fled before she fell victim.
She wandered the roads hiding from adults and starving till one day she passed out weak and waiting for death. She was soon found as if by luck by a wandering Ishi (Doctor) who was out gathering elements for the making medicines.
He took her home with him to see if he could save her and while Chiasa healed in his care the Ishi's wife who had proven barren fell in love with her and insisted they adopt her.
Chiasa having experienced what having no family meant accepted their offer and began her life as their child.
An intelligent girl she began helping her new father and studying to be an Ishi as he was. She was diligent and soon her medicines were sought by the nearby villages by her 18th birthday.
Her life had become perfect that is till she was noticed by the local Daimyo an old and fat man who had her drug to his castle. What happened to her within his walls she will not speak of but she did flee her new parents as soon as she could escape the Lord's walls
Since that day Chiasa has wandered the lands practicing medicine while seeking a place she may call home
Fun Fact. Chiasa is a painter of silk using various dyes made from plants and earth elements which she also uses as ingredients for medicines

Wait that doesn't sound necessary now, does it? I mean, the most extreme you wanna have at it I think I should be making her the Fallen Idol, the Sacrificial Lion? Personally I felt her posts dripped with pride, which, is a very common human nature (though I'm not sure if this was intentional or not). But to remove her from play outright seems a bit jarring.

Your posts weren't offensive. They were just painful to read. I think you're overreacting a little. I wouldn't have minded if you'd kept using our old character but if you are so keen on swapping her then by all means, go ahead. However, nobody ever said that you would have to remove all traces.

I'm trying to be nice but in the end basically all that's happening is you throwing a tantrum because people disliked your character.

As I said earlier I would have taken advice privately and done something to explain or to tone down my posts but to have my self accused of OPing when She had no Elemental super powers and her weaknesses were human sounding was a bit much. Background Her great grandmother was a wolf demon and her family all carries it in their genetics. They keep it a hidden secret to ellude demon hunters, but Leta is comfortable with her wolf form. Her village was set on fire. Her father went to war and her mother died so at the age of 14 she set off by herself. She is a loner by nature, but helps people when she can.
Fun Fact Though she is a wolf demon she has a weakness for kittens.

1. Because his senses are so sharp he can be over stimulated by powerful scents, or extremely loud noises. bright lights, even his own, are a doosy for him too but his eyes will eventually adjust. They are also not at a super human level so he doesn’t sense everything.

Background

his Earliest memories involve training and conditioning. running, fighting, climbing, killing. he was a born and bred ninja by his thirteenth year. Even among the mountain compound where he was trained there was something about him that stood out. occasionally some of the children would develop skills that went beyond the human norm. abilities that tended to assist them in their missions. These were rare however and hardly went beyond feats of speed and strength. But in the case of Orion and his companion there was something different but no one could tell what it was

by his 20th year he had become an accomplished master of the way of the ninja. mastering the art of infiltration, assassination, several forms of sword fighting and archery. at this time his gift was made know upon the death of his companion. the power of darkness, hailed by the shinobi, seemed to be his to command, in inexplicable ways. For fear of it he was banished from his clan to live alone. A life he preferred with his companion dead. To this day he wanders around as a katana wielding drifter, named kaji, seldom calling on his powers of darkness.
*added* currently on the side of the darker prince who has allied himself with the demons Orion leads a small group of demons on various covert missions. One recently was killed but no one cares.

Other: Most mistake him for a samurai and he seldom denies it as his sword skills are good enough. But underneath that not so fancy get up are several ninja tools that he wont hesitate to pull out since...well he’s a ninja, its their job to cheat.

Power(s): Slammer- He can control how gravity affects his body, thus allowing him to amplify the force upon himself, whenever he chooses.

Jelly Man- His body can twist/bend and is generally much more flexible than the average human body.

Strengthen- Passive power, whatever weapon he is touching with his hands, becomes as durable as diamond, without increasing its weight. This only works for as long as he is holding the weapon.

Weakness:Fatigue, by using too many or too much of his powers, his body and/or mind will tire and leave himself vulnerable to attacks.

Background: He grew up in a small village, with a modest life. Until he ran away from home at the age of seven, because of his boring parents and their strict rules.

After venturing around for a few days, begging for money in order to live-he encountered a fight in a nearby village. He watched it, a little surprised that he wasn't the only one. There was a ring of spectators around this conflict-that turned out to be a friendly competition between dojos. After having seen the end result, a few men pulled him over and invited him to their dojos. He was very surprised that they wanted him because he didn't have a clue about fighting. Moments later a strange, middle aged, man came over and sent the other men away, then explained to the kid, "If you want to become strong, the best way is to learn from me." Something from his face told Zeo that he could trust him. Years of training showed him how to use quite a few different weapons. Some of which are the yari or (spear), yumi or (longbow) and kanabo or two handed spiked club..

After about twelve years, his teacher or what some might call a Daimyo, sent him packing with a simple, "Your more then capable to take on anyone, kid. But make sure to come back and see me one day." And that was it, leaving him to go explore the world.


Fun Fact: He likes climbing things, to be able to have a "bird's eye view."
