Zeo was in super high spirits having finished his three year vacation, quite a few miles from his stage in Chicago. He was on a carriage pulled by four strong horses, with three of his performing colleagues. The one to the right of him was Brock, the one behind and to the right was Seth, The one right behind him was Gerid. "Wasn't those actors in texas just awesome, or what?" Zeo asked the guys. "The main actor was certainly very dramatic, I thought the other actors were going to cower away, just because of the way that guy looked at them." Seth commented sarcastically. The other two laughed loudly from the joke. It was like this all the time, they never really had anything bad to say about one another and even if they did they were always nice about it. The cart had a wooden storage chest that was packed with a lot of canned goods as well as some fruit, some hunting equipment and some blankets just in case they fell on hard times. Zeo shook his pouch of coins that hung next to his daggers and sword, the first thing he planned to do was to go clothes shopping in his favorite shop as soon as he reached Chicago. A few days later they arrived in Chicago and were cheering as they entered the city's walls. Minutes passed as they drove further and further into the city, they noticed one very strange thing. There was no people.... Not just a person here or there, there was no one around at all.. What the... A ghost town, my home city is a ghost town?? He shook his head there was no way... This place was bustling with life last he saw... Brock saw his face and added, "Maybe its those creatures I heard about once that go around stinging people, maybe they have scared everyone into hiding?" Zeo considered but still didn't want to believe it, "Well I say we check this place out from top to bottom and see what we see..." The other guys were in agreement with Zeo if not as confident as him. They continued driving around and eventually reached the end of an alley where a fallen door caught Zeo's attention, "Guys I'm going to check this out, stay back and make sure no one takes off with the carriage." Noticing the guys accept his decision, he put a hand to his waist where his daggers were and advanced towards the door keeping an eye out for any surprises.
