Say the red sides are sad characters. They're evidently push each other away.

This means that characters like mine, who are happy and young and want to see everyone being friends have to do all the heavy lifting and would, no joke I will have Amelia do this if needed, lift up your character and sit him/her down opposite one with similar problems and spark a conversation.

But yeah, like Stitches said, once people ignore everyone else, there'll be no RP and my thread will fail as people lose interest and that'd make me so very saddened :<

On topic of 'cheeriness' levels...Maria's very laid back as a character. She's not as super peppy and friendly as the inexperienced, new-girl Stealth Leader Amelia. So you've got a mix of different people to talk to in terms of the GM.

Personality -

Richard Carraway is a very brave and noble man who is willing to risk his own life for his friends and comrades, and has brilliant leadership abilities, leading by example, with a brilliant knack for strategy. With a witty sense of humor, and generally considered easy-going, he gets along well with his team, as long as they don’t step out of line, and the other leaders and their own teams at base.

Richard, however, isn't without his faults as he can be incredibly vindictive and has, on occasion, lost control. It’s also a fact that he never takes well to losing and has difficulty admitting his mistakes.

Backstory -

Richard Carraway joined the military fourteen years ago at the age of fourteen and followed in his father’s footsteps. Although his 'training' as a child, which mainly involved swinging a large stick around and exercising, he didn't quite get himself anywhere when he joined the military and he suffered a few hard years. However, he persevered, constantly thinking of proving himself to his farther, and so the next few years rolled by... mostly without incident. Unlike Maria 'Bullet' Hathaway.

While Richard wasn't physically training, and not getting up to mischief, he spent his time reading history books, and more importantly, books containing detailed battle plans of the greatest victories ever. It didn't show at first, but as time went on, he started to develop a knack for strategy, and coupled with his improving performance in physical training, he rose through the ranks. And when the Offensive Team’s leader got killed by Mistakes during a surprise attack, Richard was left in charge. It’s here that he finally got the recognition he felt like he deserved after he used his leadership abilities, combined with his knack for strategy, to lead his team to victory with minimal loses. And ever since then, he has lead the Offensive Team.
