Looks good, before I make a character, I have a few questions: If I have Earth-Dark Magic, does that mean I can use nature magic, like summoning vines and the like? (Basically, making a nature centric character) And if no: Would I be able to have a similar effect with summoning if. If I understand the system, the idea is to be Primary White Magic, and then have Secondary Dark Magic-Earth (Earth for the nature magic). If that wouldn't work, I could do Primary White Magic, and then secondary Summoning, and just have my summons be nature-based (Like Dire-wolves, vine-monsters. etc) This is just some brain-storming I have been doing while I been typing this up.
If you're a primary summoner, you'll have one badass summon that'll be really strong along with weaker summons. If you're a secondary summoner, you'll have the weaker summons but no giant summon. Your summons can be absolutely whatever you want them to be as long as they're not crazy overpowered. Your idea of having nature-based summons would totally work :) The thing about these powers is that if you can use your earth magic to create vines etc, then any other earth mage will also be able to do that. Earth magic includes the manipulation of rock and tremors and wouldn't include mastery over nature, but you could definitely have a summon do that for you instead. You could have your very own bulbasaur! A secondary summon, nature-based, could probably shoot out vines etc. but if you had a grand summon, it wouldn't be a stretch for that entity to be able to control many aspects of nature.
