That's quite simple, actually, if you take a look at the blank CS. In the hertiage section, you were asked to fill out any inherited magical capabilities; what your species/race was able to do by magic. Humans are by nature very uncapable of using magic. They are about as magical as a stick I get from my backyard.
Heritage Species: (Human, Elf, Dwarf, something that you made up. Anything but dragons, really.) Race: (“Gasp! You racist!” “Yup.” Wood Elf, Night Elf, Dark Elf or what?) Genetic Attributes: (What can your kind do? Hint: Humans have the BRAINS!) Physical Genetic Traits: (Does your kind have tails? Pointed ears? Are you small?) Magical Capabilities: (Is your kind able to use magic? What Kind? How?)
Then, in the talents section, there is a "Magical Skills". These are the inherited magical skills you are able to actually use. As magical as Azura's powers may be, they are not inherited by blood and does as such not count as a "Magical Skill". Rather, it is an "Ability", since it is obviously a blessing/curse/something weird that gives her these powers and not her utterly un-magical human blood.
Talents Abilities: (Any abilities not blood related. Like... being blessed by a God or something.) Magical Skills: (Even if your kind is able to throw Fireballs, can you?) Combat Skills: (Any skills related to combat. Proficient with swords, bow or axe... fists?) Domestic Skills: (What can you do, that is not combat related? Like cooking, perhaps?)
.:EDIT:. And I don't know why Ollum has nothing to post. Maybe he has a writers block?
