Bio: Xia used to live near the Capital Wasteland, shortly after Project Purity was a go but before the Lone Wanderer awoke from coma. Xia moved to the area when she heard about the Waters of Life, figuring she could get a job escorting water caravans or simply being another hired gun. Wasteland was still dangerous after all. Xia herself was fairly skilled with most forms of conventional weaponry (Though she could never really get a good handle on those energy weapons) mostly due to an advantage most others didn't have; extra arms. A mutation she gained after a very close call with some FEV from supermutants, at first they made her tired and almost killed herself when she thought to cut them off. But after a few lucky breaks, she managed to get enough food to support the energy needed to keep her arms functional, and got herself some weapons to make sure she put them to good use.

When she moved into the Capital Wasteland she got a job by some history nut-case to investigate historical sites and try to get documents. It paid well, so she went about her business until she stumbled onto a strange sight. Some sort of portal or another. She thought she was at a safe distance when it suddenly expanded in size, and somehow she ended up in some place that looked like Pre-war Earth.

Since arriving, Xia had been fighting her way out of Chinese occupation towards Buje. She doesn't plan to stay for long, just long enough to set her up for another trip across the country.

Combat:
Guns - Xia has used a wide variety of firearms, and is equally skilled with most types. She herself prefers rifles, like shotguns, though she's no stranger to long-rifles or assault rifles either.
Melee - Thanks to her extra limbs, Xia is much more deadly in close-quarters combat than most. She can deftly grapple and lock up someone's arm with two hands, and use the other four to start stabbing her opponent. She utilizes knives often, but her main CQC weapons actually take the form of a tomahawk.
Explosives - Xia is good at making, placing, and generally dealing with bombs, such as fragmentation or even plasma. She herself can adapt explosives from whatever she can scavenge, and since she doesn't live in a post-apocalyptic setting, there's a lot to scavenge. 
Other:
Survival - Xia has been living off the land as soon as she left home, and much of the land she used to live in was hostile. She has adapted her body to take the maximum amount of nutrients and other materials she eats, and should she run low she can always figure out a way to scrounge up something good. Dealing with things like injuries and poisons are also within her skills, though she's not what you'd call a medic.
Platforming - Location and positioning has played a more vital role to her survival than what guns she carries, so she always makes sure she can get to wherever she needs to quick. She can free run while fully loaded and keep on trucking for hours on end if she has to.

Supernatural:
Her strength is far greater than what her appearance would tell you. This include her four extra arms; though they look like veins, muscle, and bones, they are quite capable of generating enough force to crack a human skull with a punch, or to withstand the recoil of firing a automatic weapon by themselves.

Combat:
PGM Ultima Ratio 'Hecate II' - Xia's goto rifle for anything that needs to be killed at a distance of a hundred yards or more. Ammo is fairly rare and hard to get to though, so she keeps this one stowed away in case of emergency. 
Hawk Semi-Auto - Xia's shotgun. A semi-automatic shotgun that uses twelve-gauge shots, and can hold up to twelve rounds in a single drum magazine. She has one drum with buckshot, and another drum with slugs.
N99 .357 Pistol - Xia has two of these pistols. They use .357 magnum rounds and can carry up to ten shots per magazine. Also one of the only bullets she knows how to make with scrap, so it's one of her most used guns.
Chinese Assault Rifle - A little gift Xia picked up when she arrived to this world, courtesy of a dead Chinese man. Not much modifications, though she has fitted it with a slot where she can put one of her knives underneath the barrel as a bayonet.
Combat Knives - More gifts she picked up from the Chinese, though she has one unique one herself. It is unique in that it has an electrical edge on the opposite side of the blade, allowing her to release a high-voltage electrical shock against anything that makes contact with the edge. With this one, she has six knives on her body.
Tomahawk - Something she has a lot of use with, but this tomahawk she brought from a store in this world. Serves her pretty well all things considered, and she tpyically whips this out more often than her knives, though they're sometimes an off-hand weapon.
Clothing: Xia wears combat armor on all parts of her body except her arms. Her head has a metal mask that she uses to breath in toxic environments, and she usually has a helmet on if it didn't get blasted off. She wears a large dull green cloak to hide her arms when not in a fight, but they also are handy in hiding herself as a giant rock or something.
Other: Xia carries a backpack full of survival gear, and her pockets tend to have little knick-knacks she might need, usually snacks, but sometimes things like bandages or tools.

Other stuff: Xia is wanted by the Chinese for killing a few of her soldiers, though all they have on her is that she has six arms, and has no other solid details about her.
