There's no requirement to be an acting GM, you just have the freedom to if you want and get some say in OC choices. :] It's more to encourage people to act on their own instead of just getting permission from the one GM or following their lead, which gives more initiative for various contributions.

And yeah, if everyone else is cool with it, I'm up for giving a look at some new people wanting to join the RP. So long as you can write to meet the standard (no Mary/Gary-Stu's, no godmodding, no fandom crossing, etc.). :] A number of the dedicated players now are the newer ones, so it's not as if all the new kids always ditch in the first week.
