Well done, Glitchy. Here's what need to addressed and changed:
In General--- 1. The Esper bit. What does it mean really? It's rather vague. I mean, I got the feeling it was one of those 'powers' that allow the existence of another power, the Second Chance and Godless Creation ones in this case. If so though, it's really a perk, not an ability. This is fine, of course. However... 2. Change the first sentence to "An esper is a rare human that manipulates their own essence using their mind instead of spells, writings, or chants." Otherwise, Esper is just a bait-and-switch term for demon. We can't have that, mate. If you want greater essence manipulation that comes as natural as farting for demons, change your characters into one, with all of the weaknesses that would entail. 3. The essence you use to fuel Second Chance and Godless Creation is their own bioelectricity. Some character use their blood to fuel their spells and powers. The obvious implication of doing that is the effects you suffer from blood loss. In this case, taking bioelectricity from nerves would mean motor failure, organs shutting down, even going so far as to end involuntary functions. The point here is that both characters, as humans, are using a part of their essence to fuel their abilities for greater effect, but at the risk of ruining their bodies that act as a natural barrier to their inner essence. 4. I'm not saying that your characters can't be batman vigilante. It would just be better idea to go for the private investigator route. Because if they go all superman, they will essentially be wanted criminals in Kenan. If this is not a problem for you, full steam ahead. I just wanted to make sure you realize this, is all. If you need more information on this bit, talk to Slade via PM. Graham Mason--- Second Chance: I get it that it's a healing ability that can also fix inorganic things. I recognize the fair bit on the vital organs. Good job. Regarding lost limbs, I'm willing to permit it provided that the limb is still used/obtained prior to reattaching it and not created out of nothing. Additionally, the limb must be reattached within 30 minutes (or an hour or two if put on ice). Otherwise the cellular tissue would be dead and reattaching it would be pointless for using the same limb again. I reckon even then that the reattached limbs wouldn't be perfectly healed (at least not immediately). Brysen Gray--- Godless Creation: I'll let this one slide. It has a believable suspension of disbelief, limiters and weaknesses, and I recognize that humans are coming into their own. However, do not expect Mr. Gray to win against a demonic imp using this ability alone.
Respond to all points, make the necessary changes, and consider yourself approved and ready for the IC. ---- EDIT: Hey, Glitchy? I noticed neither Mr. Mason or Mr. Gray has no Equipment section. You should fill that out even if they don't have any equipment. Just say none.
