Well it isn't really a Parameter thing, it's more of a 'we can't touch him unless we meet the requirements' thing.

...Not that I'm saying he needs to change the skill, I'm just pointing out that our Grail War is incredibly underpowered in general.

Which is entertaining, because the traditionally underpowered of the usual 7 classes are actually the most powerful ones (or so it seems), assuming a roster change doesn't interfere.
