"Why do ye even bother askin'?" September wondered, frowning at the second--second!--boy in muggle clothes to ask if they could join her, then sit down anyway. Was some basic courtesy too much to ask from the mudbloods, or were their parents as brutish as they were mundane? Really, they could have the decency to wait for an answer before taking a seat. A clattering and flapping at the door showed that yet another muggleborn had somehow found their way to September's compartment, and she was really starting to wonder if she was cursed. Nobody that she even began to recognise, at all? No-one that she wouldn't have to explain everything to? Seemed this trip would be devoted to knocking some sense into a bunch of fools... "Ye may as well come in, I dinnae think there are any free compartments."
