When touching someone or something he can discharge a high voltage(Affected by character growth) charge through this contact. Outwardly he generates magnetic fields, their size and number increase as he gets stronger. He is quite smart and has learned how to apply these in several ways over time.
inwardly he has experimented with altering the flow bioelectricity in his brain (Ex. His eyes making his vision great or even blinding himself / Or stopping nerves from sending signals of pain to his brain *comes with severe after effects*)
Can absorbs electricity from outside sources by touching or being in close proximity.

A strategist at heart he is good at recognizing strengths and weaknesses of people he meets. (at age 12 he was beating his father in chess) he enjoys meeting new people. He is a born leader because of these traits but does not desire to lead. He normally ends up second in command or "shadowleading" Smart, creative, and over thinks things sometimes (All of the time)

Rei'vaj was a smart kid, reading all kinds of books and learning everything he could, a figurative sponge for knowledge. Or so, they called him; they being parents/teachers, really anyone that he knew. As time passed, his reading became an issue for those around him. In Elementary School, being banned from reading was his punishment. Being so smart, he often corrected teachers and fellow students. He also ran off at the mouth... Far too often.. Too much.. Everytime.. which always ended with him in fights. Fights that he didn't participate in, mostly remaining on the defensive as per his parents instructions and still, yet he ended up suspended. Never the aggressor, yet always punished. He would even going as far as to restrain the other child until help would arrive.

At the end of the 5th grade, his father told him if ever he got into a fight again-he better EARN the suspension. In other words, the other kid better look worse than him, for once. After that point Rei'vaj, began to watch, read, and learn little bits of things about fighting and the points on the body that could really hurt people. After that he became slightly withdrawn and expected a fight at any time hostility arose, However after the day his father talked to him. was the day the bullying stopped. Slightly disappointed Rei'vaj later figured that on that day his outward attitude/aura changed to a point that no one figured him as an easy target. Middle school was uneventful aside from keeping his family from killing each other in which case he was a mediator and a good listener. High school didn't change much either except his grades dipped not because he wasn't smart but because he didn't put forth the effort and thus while parents and teacher preached he could "Do so much more if he APPLIED HIMSELF" he never did and then on his 18th birthday he got a shock and a knock on the door starting a new chapter and a new life

Absorbs electricity from sources (sitting on power lines, being hit by lightning, flying through storm clouds,) The more he absorbs he begins to glow with a blue tinge crackling energy. As he absorbs electricity he can fly (much) faster and swooping he can attack his target directing all of his remaining absorbed charge into them stunning/maiming or killing the target. Can discharge electricity stored up like an on command bolt of lightening (it acts like real lightning bolt taking the path of least resistance to the ground)

The charged attack is his favorite way to hunt as it can leave its food completely stunned but not dead.
Enjoys flying in the clouds of storms.
Sitting on power lines can cause surges and breakers to trip.
